The meals and service were beyond my expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the vibes of this place. Superb place to take my family out for dinner.

My parents wanted to have sea food. As I have been there before I took them there. There were people waiting outside so we decided to place an order to go. What a surprise!! They do not take orders to go. The ONLY thing I could order to go was soup. Very disappointing.

There food is good but there is alway a ton of people here. I will be back on a day I have time to Waite 2 hours to be seated. If you never been please be prepared to Waite minimum 1 hour for a table.

Muchos años stopping by Venus. Food is one of the kind...the only thing i wish: to have the owner cell phone number to call him ahead of time for my orders..ji ji (a joke) Meaning the wait...is a lot especially on the weekends... other than this perfect all the way...

I’ve been going to eat here since I was 10yrs old, it was called Tatiana back then. I don’t have an ounce of Ecuadorian in me but I love the food! I’m 41 now and still go there to eat. This place is amazing! everything I’ve ever eaten has been delicious. My main dishes are the ceviche de camaron, arroz con mariscos & the Sudado de mariscos. They’re very generous with the food too! We always have leftovers. The waitress/waiters are all so humble & nice the wife is simply beautiful inside/out! She always greets you with a smile & runs the entire place like a true professional. This is absolutely one my favorite restaurants hands down. I highly recommend it!

The place offers an awesome variety of delicious food. I enjoy eating here. The employees are always very kind, rates are convenient and the spot is always kept clean.

One of my favorite spots for a home cooked meal. The venue is humble but their service and staff are great. The food is top notch and their kitchen is generous. One of my favorite dishes is seafood alajillo. I usually order it with chaufa and some chicharrón de pollo for the table. Delicious! Give it a try.

Delicious Ecuadorian food and inexpensive !! If you need to a true taste of Ecuadorian food come here. I've eaten here many times over the years. The food is really good. The octopus and shrimp salad is great. All dishes are really good.

Hands down the best Spanish seafood money can buy. Huge portions, great prices, and fun atmosphere with live bands. Only cons I can think of is its always packed, the wait time sucks, and there is never parking.

Big portions, real comfort food. The avocado salad in itself is worth the visit-get there before they run out!

The food is delicious. I eat at VENUS every 2 weeks. The waiters and waitress are very sweet and helpful. Specialy, (flor, anna) who has always given me a smile. And yes i recomend VENUS for every one that wants to eat a delicious meal and have a great time 👍 well done VENUS..

After spending close to 90 dollars in food to go...they would not give you a tiny hot sauce container...they said 25 cents each...really??? For 25 cents you are willing to lose a customer??? Nice.... I will never go there again.

The Food was good.. But dont think I will return unless they can do something a bout the wait.. 1 hr. Wait to be seated and 1 hr. Wait for a Chaulafan... After a total of 2 hrs. Wait, We ended up taking it to go..

Good place great food great service

It’s so crowded and the waiting time for a table is super long. I came here with my siblings and we were 6. The waitress was really mean to us and she gave us an attitude. We told her that we wanted a table for 4 because my other two siblings decided to go wait in the car and they didn’t want to eat anymore. After that they changed their mind, so they came back in and they gave us a table, but it was only for four people and when the waitress saw that we were six again she got really rude and she gave us a nasty attitude. And after that she tried to ignore us so we couldn’t get a table.

We had a great time at this spot. We loved the great vibes and the food. The staff members were super attentive. I’m happy we finally managed to visit here.

Today is Sunday, there was a festival outside the restaurant but the amount of people coming into the restaurant didn't stop them to get food and drinks. Especially when the owner was in and out helping all her customers. The place is great ! Lol I love the positive comments especially the negative ones. I will never understand why can people just speak up in where he or she is being seated? The people in the restaurant will accommodate you in every way. Any who my family and I love the food here . When you go in there you will feel like family always. To everyone in the restaurant continue on doing all your hard work to satisfy everyone.

Really good sea food

The taste it's exquisite, the portions are very generous and the prices are reasonably. Do not let the exterior look of the place mislead you. Also be prepared to wait for a table since there is always a waiting list, but it is worth it. If you like seafood this is the spot.

Came in with a friend today, she got the chicken chaufa and didn’t like it. Not very flavorful and the soy sauce used just wasn’t good. Kindly asked to change her order and was flat out told that “the kitchen said it tastes good and it does have flavor.” I was at a loss for words. Basically told my friend to eat it or take it home whether she liked it or not. She was ready to exchange it and order many more margaritas but after that, she didn’t want to give them anymore of her business. Ridiculous. Great place with great food but definitely lacking in customer service. I’ve also seen the astonishingly rude responses to other customers complaints. If one awaits me for my ridiculous experience, kindly save it.
